Perfect Cornbread 8 Servings of one roll each
Enriched all-purpose flour 1 cup
Yellow corn meal 1 cup
Baking powder 4 tsp.
Salt 3/4  tsp.
Eggs 2 large
Lowfat milk 1 cup
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Measure all ingredients into mixing bowl in the order given above..

3. Beat with wooden spoon or wire whip until smooth, about 1 minute.  Do not overbeat.

4. Pour batter into greased 9"x9" pan.

5. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
