To all training class participants:

Because seating is limited to 30 participants in most classes offered, you must

pre-register and pay in advance to insure your placement in the class.

ALL TRAINING DATES ARE TENTATIVE AND MAY BE CANCELLED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES OR IF LESS THAN FIVE (5) PEOPLE REGISTER. ADDITIONAL TRAINING MAY BE OFFERED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

TRAINING REGISTRATION POLICY:

In the past we have had problems with people who have registered for training and then do not attend the session. Due to limited space in our trainings, we do not reserve a space for training over the phone. Participants will only be registered for the course when the registration slip AND payment (when fee is required) is received. All registration slips and payment MUST be received at least 3 days prior to training. Registration slips are available on the last page of the training calendar or at child care partnerships (CCP). You may come to the office to pick one up or call us and we will put one in the drop off box located outside the main doors of our office.

TRAINING CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

NO refunds will be given. However, given special circumstances, your money can be transferred to other classes. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We often have a waiting list of people who want to attend training sessions. A no show will NOT receive a refund. All registration slips and payment MUST be received at least 3 days prior to training.

BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD POLICY

Providers caring for children whose parent(s) are a Blue Cross/Blue Shield employee, are eligible to receive up to eight (8) hours of “free” training classes through Child Care Partnerships (CCP). When filling out the training registration slip, you will need to put the “parent’s name” in place of the “fee” for the class you are attending. A parent’s name can be used for only one caregiver. It may not be used for a caregiver and their assistant.
